Lobster is considered a delicacy in many countries, the United States included. 3. Lobster Tails

Lobster tails are the most popular lobster item on most seafood menus. The person eating the crab can enjoy the succulent meat of the lobster without having to tear into the lobster body. The tail is open and the meat lies delicately inside the tail, which makes it easy to remove and eat without the mess. You don’t get all the meat from the lobster by ordering it this way, but many people say the tail is the best meat so they don’t feel ripped off by not receiving the rest.

4. Lobster Meat

There are many dishes that can be prepared by just using the pulled meat from the lobster. If you don’t want to hassle yourself or your guests with fighting the lobster shell, you can get the meat out yourself and create some amazing dishes. Lobster rolls are very popular, and in fancier establishments, you can find dishes such as pasta with lobster, lobster stew and even lobster meat being used to stuff filets or large shrimp.

No matter how you decide to prepare your lobster, it is always best served with a cup of hot melted butter that is seasoned with fresh garlic, parsley and a splash of lime juice.
